Dr. Pardo’s career has been defined by her unwavering dedication to improving patient lives through impactful interventions in health and education. As a distinguished thought leader in human-centered healthcare interventions, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in healthcare settings.

Dr. Pardo’s expertise in effective approaches to close clinical gaps through evidence-based disease state education will further augment the strengths of the Xuron Advisory Board. Following completion of her doctoral fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Dr. Pardo has held leadership positions within life sciences (Genentech), research (CE Outcomes) and at prestigious medical education organizations (including Clinical Education Alliance, PlatformQ Health, Haymarket Medical Education, Medscape). Across her professional career, Dr. Pardo has focused on the critical function of education in bridging the gap between emerging clinical evidence and its uptake by healthcare professionals in practice. Ian Nott stated, “Dr. Pardo’s experience and expertise will be crucial as we work to ensure that the knowledge gained through our simulations translates effectively into improved clinical practice and patient outcomes.”
