Xuron Inc. (“Xuron”) is a privacy-conscious organization committed to protecting sensitive and personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we collect from you as you use the Xuron Web site and immersive environment (“Space”). The scope of Xuron’s commitment is detailed in this Privacy Policy.
Member Information
In order to provide the Xuron services (“Service”), Xuron collects Personal Information on certain areas of the Space when you register, login, request information or use the Service. The Personal Information collected may consist of, but is not limited to, your first and last name, telephone numbers, billing and/or physical address, email address, your computer’s IP address, birth date, username, password, PIN and credit card information as necessary. For your protection, your credit card information is delivered in an encrypted format, protected by TLS (Transport Layer Security) or SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), and will be used for verification or to complete an authorized transaction. In addition to Personal Information collected, Xuron also collects or may collect non-personally identifiable information, for instance (but not limited to) your gender, occupation, job title and your computer’s connection speed. Xuron makes every practical effort to avoid excessive or irrelevant collection of data.
Xuron shall not intentionally disclose (and shall take commercially reasonable steps to prevent the accidental disclosure of) your Personal Information to third parties (i.e. persons or entities that are not affiliates of Xuron), subject to the following exceptions:
Xuron may disclose your Personal Information to third parties as required by the laws, rules and regulations of any nation, state or other applicable jurisdiction through subpoena, search warrant or other legal process;
Xuron may disclose your Personal Information to third parties who deliver information from us to you for the purpose of performing such delivery or who perform other functions on our behalf;
Xuron may disclose your Personal Information to third parties to protect the rights, property or safety of Xuron, its customers or others;
Xuron may disclose your Personal Information to third parties if, in connection with submitting the information, you consent to such disclosure;
Xuron may disclose your computer’s IP address to third parties who assist us in verifying the accuracy of our customer records;
Xuron may disclose Personal Information for you in response to inquiries by bona-fide rights owners in connection with allegations of infringement of copyright or other proprietary rights arising from information you have provided to Xuron.
Xuron has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. The Xuron personnel who are authorized to have access to Personal Information are required to treat this information as confidential.
Xuron does not collect or compile Personal Information for dissemination or sale to outside parties for consumer marketing purposes, host mailings or otherwise on behalf of third parties. Xuron, however, may aggregate some of the information you provide and share it in aggregated form with third parties provided it is not personally identifying or linked to personally identifying information.
Xuron may provide links to third-party Web sites as a service to our users. Please be aware that Xuron cannot control and is not responsible for the information collection practices of such third-party Web sites, which may differ from those of this Space. We encourage you to review and understand the privacy policies on these Web sites before providing any information to them.
The Space may be viewed anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have laws regulating the use and transfer of sensitive or personally identifiable data. By using the Space and submitting Personal Information on it, you voluntarily consent to such transborder transfer of such Personal Information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits users of our Service who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with us, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Service. To request removal of such data, please contact us at legal@xuron.io and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Service, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g., backups, etc.).
If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe Xuron is unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. Withdrawing your consent
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us here.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Content Transmission
Xuron shall not review, monitor or disclose to third parties the communication contents (“Content”) traversing through Xuron’s network in connection with the Service, subject to the following exceptions:
Technical issues relating to retrieval, routing and delivery of the Content;
Xuron may disclose your Content to third parties as deemed required by the laws, rules and regulations of any nation, state or other applicable jurisdiction through subpoena, search warrant or other legal process;

Tracking Information and Cookies
A cookie is a small data segment, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is written to your computer’s hard drive. Xuron may monitor and track your usage of the Service in order to enhance or augment the Service and to provide additional services. Xuron uses cookies to improve the quality and performance of its marketing efforts and to enhance or augment the Service.
In addition, Xuron may use your computer’s IP address, together with any information you submit to us, to verify the accuracy of our customer records.
Xuron may use technologies that track the URL’s and IP addresses of Web sites that you have arrived from and are going to as part of the use of the Service. Xuron uses a third-party tracking service that uses cookies to track and store non-personally identifiable information about visitors to the Space. Xuron uses such information to analyze how users use the Space and to enhance its marketing and advertising efforts.
Member’s Users
In the case of a business plan (“Business Plan”), a company or individual subscribing to a Business Plan is referred to as a Member and the individual users who access and/or use the Service through Member’s Business Plan are called the “Member’s Users”. A Member has the ability to access and alter all Member’s Users account information. A Member has the ability to access all Member’s Users activity details, including but not limited to viewing the content by Member’s Users through the Service and their contacts and calendar information.
Provisions of this Privacy Policy applicable to a Member may also be applicable to a Member’s Users.
Member Contact Information
Your email address(es) will serve as the key means of communication with Xuron and is essential for the use of the Service. Xuron reserves the right to send all correspondence, such as administrative notices pertaining to your account, Service updates and announcements and promotional materials to your email address(es).
By using the Space or Service and by submitting your Personal Information and any other information, you consent to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of your Personal Information and any other information by us in the manner described herein and elsewhere on the Space. Xuron reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy periodically, so please review it occasionally.
